Whenever I start working out consistently, my skin usually breaks out more. I wanted to make this review since I've experienced great changes on my face, my dermatologist introduced me to hypochlorous acid and saw this on an ad, I'm almost done with my bottle and I use it all the time now, my face has improved a lot. The only downside is that shipping took a while.
I keep it on my car now. I use it after the gym or whenever I’m out all day and want to freshen up without washing my face.
I work out 5–6 times a week and would constantly get new spots on my cheeks whenever I was training hard. I started being consistent with this spray right after workouts and it really started working around 6 days of continued use, I'm on my second bottle because it lasts a while and I haven't dealt with breakouts like I used to so I guess I have to contribute it to the spray.
