What these numbers mean
HOCl concentration (194.8 ppm). With hypochlorous acid, the right strength matters more than the biggest number. Too little and it does very little; too high and it becomes less stable. Our formula is independently verified to land in the 180-220 ppm target range: strong enough to be effective, gentle enough for daily use.
pH 5.7. This sits close to skin's own natural pH, which keeps the mist comfortable and non-stinging. It is also the range where hypochlorous acid stays most stable.
What this test is (and isn't)
This is a quality-control test: an independent lab confirming the concentration and pH of our finished product. It is a measure of purity and consistency, not a clinical study, and it is not a claim that our products treat or cure any condition. HYSKIN is a cosmetic mist designed to help skin feel clean and refreshed.
Why we test every batch
Hypochlorous acid naturally loses strength over time when exposed to light, heat, and air, so testing matters. Independent, batch-level testing is how we make sure the bottle you receive actually contains what the label says, every time.
